My name is Natalia, and I created this space because I’ve been where you are. As someone who has recovered from an eating disorder, I know how hard it can feel, and I also know that healing is possible. This site is here to support teens facing eating disorders, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts, along with the parents who care for them. You'll find resources, guidance, and hope. You don’t have to go through this alone. I'm here to help you choose peace and choose recovery, just like I did.
